Yes, he did. He was very comfy while filling out his forms. I heard the cost to send the package was over $100.

The line was so long I never left. No, this was Saturday afternoon while I was waiting to send out some items. No one is safe when I have a camera.
Love that very official government-issued arrow. Lol
I thought it was funny how he was standing there with his jacket hanging on a display. It was after I took it I notice the 'This End Up' arrow was upside down. He even has a 'Fragile' sticker on the box, upside down.

There were 8 people in front of me and 5 behind all waiting in line. This guy was the most relaxed of all of us.
