    Seriously?
    ...because of the 'entitlement effect' (just made that up) but you know what I mean.
    I like Diane's picnic jug idea.
    We have some restaurants here that actually sell gallon jugs of tea-- but I never thought of taking it back with me to get a FREE REFILL!
